Product Description

DIN 5699 shackles have bigger breaking force than DIN 745 shackles which are used for connecting DIN 764 & DIN 766 chains ends and buckets. They are forged shackles with high bending strength. Every shackle includes 4 nuts and a distance plate.

In bucket elevators with shackles, total load effects on shackles as much as chain links. In usage life, destroyed bucket holes causes stretch and thereby cracks on shackles. To prevent this, all shackles must be used with distance plate. Ordered shackle is delivered with nuts and distance plate as set.
